The designer of the Air Jordan 4s, first released in 1989, is Tinker Hatfield. White is the main shade in the "Midnight Navy" colorway and it's accented by touches of blue and grey via the tongue tag, insole, wings, eyelets, midsole with visible Nike Air unit, and heel tab. There's red detailing on the tongue tag and the bottom of the sole too.
